Magnus has more than 25 years experience in the telecoms industry, and has worked in geographically and culturally diverse roles in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. His broad experience has included roles in Customer Operations, management positions in startup networks, and project management for BSS for telecom vendors and operators. His areas of specialisation include Customer Experience, BSS Delivery, Business Transformation and PMO set up and operation, and he is an experienced, PMP certified Project Manager.
