Magnus has some 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. He is an experienced manager and senior consultant with extensive, global extensive experience in many areas of the telecommunications industry. His areas of specialization include service development and deployment, project management, process and change management, feasibility analysis, procurement, billing- and customer care systems and customer service management. Magnus' recent background includes a variety of projects with multinational telecoms operators; his most recent assignments include heading a VoLTE deployment project on behalf of a leading European operator.
